Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Published delivery estimates are 1–2 business days for Dubai and 2–4 business days for other Emirates. Delivery times may vary by location and external factors.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Shipping Fees

30 AED delivery across the UAE. Free from 3,200 AED after discounts.

Delivery charges are calculated from the order value after discounts, excluding the delivery fee. The same rate applies throughout the UAE, including remote areas; we cover any additional courier charge. The final delivery charge is shown before you place your order.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the UAE only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
• You can monitor delivery status in real time

Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address
